Rates

All rates are per person, per academic year (beginning Fall, 2009). Rental rates include rent, heat, hot water, air-conditioning, electricity, cable and high-speed internet.

*The vast majority of apartments are configured in the four-bedroom floor plan. Availability of one and two-bedroom suites is extremely limited.
